The Realm of Protection
以「科技與傳統共生」為創作核心，探索數位時代中文化傳承與科技演進之間的平衡。作品將東方門神、古代工藝與現代科技融合，重新詮釋守護家園的象徵意涵。門神不再僅是木門上的神像，而化身為立體守護者，其法器轉換為等離子光刃與能量鎖鏈，象徵文化精神以新形態穿越數據洪流持續守護信念。
背景以三層時空交疊呈現：全息匾額書寫「護國佑民」，數據瀑布傾瀉；兩側融合達文西機械手稿與中國榫卯結構，象徵東西方智慧並行；中央隧道宛如量子漩渦，引領觀者穿越星空與文明傳承的光暈。整體作品彰顯科技不取代傳統，而是賦予其新生命，讓信念、精神與故事在快速變動的世界中，持續守護人類的文化根脈與精神家園。
Centered on the theme of “symbiosis between technology and tradition,” this work explores the balance between cultural heritage and technological evolution in the digital age. It fuses Eastern door gods, ancient craftsmanship, and modern technology to reinterpret the symbolism of protecting one’s home. The door gods are no longer static icons on wooden panels but are reimagined as three-dimensional guardians, wielding plasma blades and energy chains—symbols of cultural spirit traversing the data stream to continue safeguarding belief.
The background unfolds across three overlapping layers of time and space: a holographic plaque inscribed with “Protect the Nation, Bless the People” pours forth a waterfall of data; the two sides merge Leonardo da Vinci’s mechanical sketches with Chinese mortise-and-tenon joinery, embodying the parallel wisdom of East and West; while a central tunnel resembles a quantum vortex, leading viewers through starry skies and the luminous aura of cultural inheritance. The work highlights that technology does not replace tradition but breathes new life into it—ensuring that beliefs, spirits, and stories continue to protect humanity’s cultural roots and spiritual home in a rapidly changing world.
