鮮豔大橘色的臺馬輪船準備出發要完成任務了～這一個梯次的義務役軍人是大學兵居多，碰上外島的退役潮時期，所以非常多新兵抽到外島籤，基隆港口變成道別的港口了。馬祖服役需要等3～4個月才會返臺放第一次的假期，在新訓結束時當日會移送到基隆港搭船，港口就聚集了很多眷屬來為他們道別。

The bright orange Taima Ferry is ready to set sail on its mission. This round of conscription is mostly filled with university students, many of whom were assigned to outlying islands during a period of mass troop rotations. As a result, Keelung Harbor became a place of farewells.
For those serving in Matsu, it would take three to four months before their first leave back to Taiwan. On the very day they completed boot camp, they were transferred to Keelung Harbor to board the ferry. Families and loved ones crowded the port to bid them goodbye.
