職引 讀書會 品牌識別設計
CareerGuide Brand Identity Design

職引以「打造新世代的生活思維」爲核心,旨在協助個人與組織適應快速變化的時代。五位創辦人分別展現了新世代工作者的多元樣貌,實踐自由成長、善用工具、不受框架的生活方式,並共同相信「快樂賺錢」是兼顧心皺滿足與物賀實現的理想狀態。品牌透過知識、社群與活動,協助更多人找到屬於自己的道路。我們將「變化」視爲培養性思維與技能的契機,並在「不變」中鞏固人性與核心價值,讓每個人在社會的不確定中找到指引。針對這樣的品牌理念,我爲其股計了專屬的機準字,透過簡潔卻具張力的字證語言,體現新世代靈活多元卻不失核心料神的品牌形象。

Zhiyin is centered on the idea of “shaping a new-generation mindset,” aiming to help individuals and organizations adapt to a rapidly changing era. Its five founders each embody diverse aspects of modern work life-embracing growth, leveraging tools, and breaking free from conventional frameworks-while sharing the belief that “happy earning” represents the ideal balance between spiritual fulfillment and material achievement. Through knowledge, community, and events, the brand supports people in discovering their own paths. It views “change” as an opportunity to build resilience and adaptability, while reinforcing human essence and core values in what remains unchanged. To reflect this philosophy, I designed a customized logotype, using a clean yet dynamic typographic style to capture the brand’s flexible, diverse, and future-oriented spirit without losing its essential core identity.
