Architect and Principal of Shingo Saito Architects. After serving as an assistant professor and lecturer at Waseda University, currently an assistant professor at Tokyo University of Science and a part-time lecturer at Waseda University.


Publications: “Kiyonori Kikutake: Sanin and Architecture,” “Kiyonori Kikutake: Tokoen,” and “Kiyonori Kikutake: Miyakonojo Civic Hall.” 
Works: the Oimachi Station Public Space (2020) (Environmental Equipment Design Award Grand Prize, Good Design Award), the Former Iida Residence Renovation (2023), Osaka-Kansai Expo Rest Area Toilet 8 (2024), and the Nishio City Lifelong Learning Center (scheduled for completion in 2027).
